Our New Website

We hope you like our new website. Our designers and development team have worked hard to provide easy navigation to help you locate the right product for you specific skincare needs fast.

New Filter Menu

It will provide better navigation with our filter menu. This menu will let you sift through all of our products and find what you need quickly. You will be able to search by product, what it does, or even your specific skin concern.

We have improved our navigation and location of key information so that you are able to find what you need faster.

Go Beyond the Green Score

We have included EWG Skin Deep Rating on all ingredient lists. Just click ingredients on the product page and you will see a list of the ingredients and their individual rating.

Plus, many other new features.

New! More options for shipping at checkout. Choose UPS or USPS. Getting packages shipped to our customers fast is our priority! Our orders are processed fast.

Most orders are shipped out within 1-2 business days, with many the same business day (when placed before 8 am MST). We are unable to make changes or cancel orders.

Shipping time is based on the time you choose at checkout. Priority Mail is 2-3 business days plus the amount of time to leave our shipping center.

Get it even faster with overnight options. Express is 1-2 business days depending on location plus handling time.

UPS ground takes 2-5 days depending on location plus handling time.

UPS offers faster options. However, they generally do not ship on Saturday.

Emails will be your receipt! Please keep your email as your order receipt. You will receive a packing slip in your order, however, we will no longer be adding order receipts to packages to help the environment and save paper.

Account Help

If you haven't heard, we have changed to a new platform. If you are unable to log into your account, please email us with your name. We will send you the account invite that will allow you to activate your user account and log in.

You will automatically be entered into our reward points program. Any existing points have been brought over. If you have not received this email or need a new one sent, email us.

The Reward Points will automatically be placed in your account upon activation. In order to redeem, click on the Rewards icon on the bottom left of your screen. You will be able to click on "redeem" and get your reward!

Due to the new VAT Tax Regulations, we are now shipping all international orders through DHL. Duties and taxes will need to be prepaid at checkout. This process decreases time spent in customs.

Please visit our Amazon store if you need a different shipping method.

International customers are responsible for paying for all fees, including, but not limited to, VAT taxes and customs duties. If you are a business, please add your EORI number in the notes at checkout.

For DIY formulating questions, adding serum boosters, and all other questions about making your own skincare, please follow the same procedure. This is the fastest way to contact us.

Our response time is typically under 24 hours to respond.

Please note that we are unable to provide any advice on medical conditions. If you have a question about a medical condition, please consult your dermatologist or primary care physician.

For Phone Orders:


For expedited service, place your order online and pay by phone! Just put your order in the cart, go through the simple one-page checkout, and then click the phone order. No payment is necessary at the time your order is placed.

One of our customer service representatives will call you within 24 hours to finish the order over the phone. An email confirmation will be sent to you as soon as your order is shipped along with your tracking number.

For Mail Orders:


Just place your order online, send in your payment, and we will mail out your order within 24 hours of receipt. Start by placing your order in the cart, go through the simple one-page checkout, and then click mail order. Follow the instructions by mailing the payment to us.

As soon as your payment is received, you will receive an email confirmation plus tracking information.

For Customer Service:


To speak to a live person, you can call 208-995-4130. Because of the personalized support that we offer our customers and high call volumes, wait times can reach 45-60 minutes. If you receive a recording, please leave a message and a representative will call you in the order received.
