Can Haloxyl be used straight under the eye without mixing with another product? or must it be diluted to 1-3% as suggested? (like in an eye cream?) If it can be used alone, can it be applied under eye then apply an eye cream to moisturize? If dilution is needed, what is the ratio? 1-3g of Haloxyl to 1oz or @30 g/ml? Please advise. Look forward to your reply. Thank you!
All of our Serum Boosters are anti-aging ingredients are for lotion making. They need to be mixed before use. They should not be applied directly to the skin. Haloxyl can be used at 3% in an eye cream. You would need to add 27 drops into 1 ounce.
