Leucidal Liquid Radish Root
Natural Protection from Radish Root Ferment Synthetic Preservative Alternative
Using a natural antimicrobial such as Leucidal® Liquid made from Radish Root can help keep your skincare creations free from bacteria. Protect your skincare formulas with Leucidal Liquid, a cosmetic ingredient used in the manufacture of skincare and cosmetics.
Leucidal® Liquid Radish Root Anti-Microbial
Radish Root is the best all-natural alternative to synthetic preservatives. It is a cosmetic ingredient used in the manufacture of skincare and cosmetics.
Now available in three sizes: .5, 4, or larger 16-ounce!
If you use organic products or make your own skincare recipes at home, you probably have a refrigerator overflowing with skincare products. Unfortunately, fresh products without a preservative only last a day or two.
If you don't want to go to the fridge whenever you want to use your moisturizer or revitalize your complexion, try our Leucidal® Liquid radish root ferment.
This natural antimicrobial increases your beauty and skincare products' shelf life without adding any harmful synthetic ingredients.
Fermented with lactic acid bacteria (Leuconostoc Kimchii), Leucidal® Liquid provides a degree of protection against mold, yeasts, and bacteria.
It has a light, natural scent. The natural scent won't overpower any lotion, cream, or serum. Plus, it's water-soluble, making it easy to mix with your homemade or existing products.
When creating homemade recipes, be sure to challenge test your concentration of Leucidal® Liquid to ensure that you're adding enough to protect against bacteria and other harmful growths.
This is a mild antimicrobial and will not keep skincare products fresh indefinitely.
You can improve any product's shelf life, though, with the addition of Leucidal® Liquid and storing it in a cool, dry place.
ECO-CERT has approved its use with certified organic cosmetics. It is also on the Whole Foods Premium list of accepted preservatives.
If you are a beginning formulator, use a 4% concentration. A 2-4% concentration of Leucidal® Liquid is an effective antimicrobial natural alternative to synthetic preservatives.
If your formula is water-based, consider using Leucidal Complete. To protect your recipe, you can also consider adding preservatives such as Geogard 221 (gluconolactone and sodium benzoate).
We also recommend microbe or challenge testing of all end eco formulations.
If you want to make your own natural beauty and skincare products, order a bottle of Leucidal® Liquid today.
Targets:
Leucidal® Liquid is a cosmetic ingredient with mild antimicrobial properties that can safely and efficiently prolong the shelf life of natural and organic cosmetics and skincare products.
As the organic movement grows in the skincare and cosmetics industry, more and more major brands turn to natural alternatives to the synthetic preservatives they've traditionally used.
As a result, you'll find Leucidal® Liquid in all kinds of skincare products from many different brands, including:
- Naked Sun Tropical Tanning Solution
- Osmosis Skincare Hydralift Firming Gel Mask
- Dermatologica Age Reversal Eye Complex
- Elixir Vitae: The Ultimate Wrinkle Solution by Tata Harper
You can use the same antimicrobial that major cosmetics brands use for their products for a fraction of the cost. Unfortunately, a $320 bottle of Elixir Vitae by Tata Harper is out of reach for most of us.
Keep your homemade formulas, natural cosmetics, and organic skincare that don't include any preservatives fresh longer by adding 2-4% Leucidal® Liquid.
